    Haha! Had this in Vail at Matsuhisa last weekend and looked for it on their site when I got home so I could recreate the purée. Your blog was the first I found when I searched outside their menu. Lucky me! I’ll try with the Ilegal Añejo since I already have it. Thanks for sharing and I gotta agree with your buddy- it’s the best cocktail I’ve ever had.

    My God. My mouth is salivating. Thanks for the inspired recipe. Now to my wife’s prized Mexican cilantro plant and 60 grams of green gold. But what Mezcal to use? 9 on the shelf to choose from but I’m sure their all going to get a go. Cheers & Thanks MezcalPHD. Macleod S.
